Last week’s SMB Network Meeting & Summer BBQ brought together entrepreneurs, researchers and innovation partners for an inspiring afternoon at Noviotech Campus.
The afternoon kicked off with an interactive SMB Network Meeting, expertly hosted by Floor van de Watering (Briskr). Instead of inviting participants to one central stage, Floor guided everyone through the room, creating an energetic Pitch & Connect session where each organisation presented at its own table. This informal setup sparked engaging conversations and made it easy for participants to discover new ideas, ask questions and connect directly with the speakers.

As the sun stayed with us, the networking continued outdoors during the traditional Summer BBQ, organised together with Kadans and Noviotech Campus. With great food, refreshing drinks, music and plenty of opportunities to reconnect, it was the perfect way to celebrate the start of summer.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such an open, energetic and welcoming atmosphere. Events like these remind us that innovation grows through collaboration, and sometimes the best conversations happen around the BBQ.
